Are you
flocked?

Tracking America's fastest-growing invasive species.

They don't migrate. They don't sing. They just sit on poles and read license plates.

Are You Flocked? is an independent database and map documenting Flock Safety and automated license plate reader deployments across the United States.

There's only one way to find out.

4,143 documented ALPR deployments across 3,523 communities, sourced from the Electronic Frontier Foundation's Atlas of Surveillance. Database last updated 2026-08-07. A town with no entry means no verified record currently in our database — never proof that cameras are absent.

Indianapolis officer charged with using Flock cameras to track people he didn't know ↗

Prosecutors have filed 26 counts, including stalking and official misconduct, against an IMPD officer they allege ran Flock plate searches on 11 people without a law-enforcement purpose. The charges are allegations; the officer is one of five IMPD officers suspended in recent weeks over ALPR use.
